The rooms were extremely pleasant and well-appointed with required things, like a sofa set and a carpet. The bed was comfortable, attentive staff at the reception desk.

In overall, the place is gorgeous, has lovely staff at the reception desk.

Had an awesome stay as a great vacation here. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was great for dinner.

Make sure to get double room with a dining table, a beautifull balcony with a view to the pine trees, for instance. The hotel provides an exceptional service.

Relaxing place, it was clean and had very good and courteous staff even with the request. The location of the hotel was remote, not far from Guincho beach as well as which is also where the train leaves from very regularly. Also, Quinta da Marinha was located only 1 km away, could easily get there.

Have stayed here many times and would return there. The room was new-fashioned and fashionable, no complains at all. The hot drinks in pool bar were very welcome.

I recently stayed at a resort in a tranquil setting near the ocean. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool area and kids club were fantastic, providing plenty of entertainment for families. The bar by the pool served delicious drinks, pizzas, and sandwiches. The location was perfect, close to Sintra and Lisbon, and parking was convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good, although the coffee could be of better quality. it was a fantastic stay with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens in the apartments.

The newly opened snack bar by the pool had limited menu options and struggled to cope with the number of orders.

Generally everything was ok. Huge territory of the hotel is impressing. Very good price (with non-refundable option).

Housekeeping ignored our balcony - we don't know why but forgot to ask at the reception :) Besides, one day room was cleaned despite of "Do not disturb" sign on our room. There was no free children playground - despite of many children at the hotel. It was 15 Euro a day playground but with poor strange equipment. 15/(20 for 2 days) Euro a day Internet access is wire-only at the rooms!!! WiFi is available only at lobby and around. It looks like a joke these days when wireless-only devices are wide-spread.

The staff in all areas, reception, restaurant, spa and general areas could not have been more helpful.

Small negative, it would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee making facilities in the room.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. I appreciated the view over garden from my balcony. It was in a remote location, in the main restaurant for breakfast.

Overall - absolutely great place with good staff at the reception desk. Stunning location for our visit to Quinta da Marinha just a short stroll away from the hotel. Greatly enjoyed lovely area.

Its location was amazing, short walk to the outskirts of Cascais lovely escape to indulge yourself, Sintra, which is beautiful and the central bus station.
